Why does no one answer when I call?
Flourish Skincare Studio does not have a receptionist. Many times when we receive calls the estheticans are already assisting other guests. If we do not answer when you call please leave a detailed voicemail. Otherwise you can text 317-300-4990, email email@example.com, or schedule online.
Why does it ask for my credit card information to schedule an appointment?
Flourish does require to hold all appointments with a credit card. This reserves your private time at the studio. Your card will not be charged when reserving an appointment.
Flourish cancellation policy: Your appointment has been exclusively reserved for you. If you are unable to make it contact Flourish by call or text at 317-300-4990 as soon as possible so that this time may be offered to others. All appointments require a 24hr cancellation notice. If 24hr notice is not provided Flourish holds the right to charge a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service total. By scheduling your appointment you agree to these terms.
